Lilian Mboya
LILIAN MBOYA is a personal secretary who has worked at KCMC since 2009 as a secretary and later in 2011 she was transferred to KCRI to work as a data clerk and she has been involved in data entry for several research projects at KCRI.
She is currently working in REMIND KID and ARTHRITIS projects as a data clerk after being working in the same position for several other projects such as HighRif project, Remind TB project, Ondoilo, Option B+.
Besides having a physical impairment condition (she is deaf) she loves being a data entry personnel and has always possessed better communication skills that has enabled her to communicate and socialize well with her workmates and other colleagues. She hasn’t let this condition to back her down but rather she is looking for more training to upgrade her career as well as creating a smooth working environment.
LILIAN got her Personal Secretary diploma in Masoka Professionals Training College, since then she got her first appointment at KCMC Hospital as a personal secretary.
